A note from Lisa

People ask me “How many hours do you work a week?” I’m always stumped by this question, since owning Pomegranate Bistro and Lisa Dupar Catering enables all of us to nurture, strengthen, share, and celebrate the teams’ talents with food and service, ultimately allowing us to nourish community through our work. Hours in a workweek are an extraordinary honor.  Who’s counting?

Good food. Deep roots.

For over 40 years, Lisa Dupar Catering has been built on classic technique, seasonal ingredients, and a deep connection to the Seattle community.

We believe in food that’s thoughtful, teams that are strong, and events that feel easy for the people hosting them.

That’s what we’ve always done, and it’s what we continue to do every day.
